Rates for: Condo E35 at Pointe Santo de Sanibel and E208 at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa, Sanibel Island, FL

Note: $35.00 reservation fee, $65.00 linen fee and 11% Florida tax additional.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday unless noted, two week bookings are subject to discount. A deposit of $250.00 or 20% of the rental rate (whichever is greater) plus $38.85 ($35 reservation fee and taxes) will secure your reservation. Final payment is due by check 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:  All cancellations are subject to an administrative cancellation fee of $50.00.   If a cancellation occurs outside 90 days prior to arrival the deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee.  VIP Vacation Rentals, LLC will retain all prepaid funds should guest cancel less than 90 days prior to arrival unless the rental property is rebooked for the same dates and rate.  A partial refund may be applicable for the same dates booked at an adjusted rate.  The reservation fee is not refundable at any time.

Optional travelers insurance is also available.

Note: Pointe Santo E35 is on the third floor and Sundial E208 is on the second floor with elevators in close proximity to both units.

Both units offer full kitchen, washer/dryer, screened in porch, three TV's, two DVD Players. Property amenities include beach access, pool, BBQ Grill and High-Speed Wireless Internet Access. Can accommodate up to six people.

As our guest you have free access to 4 gulf-side heated pools, BBQ grills, Hi Speed WIFI and miles of beautiful white sandy beach to explore. You can order drinks at the poolside bar and eat and drink at the upstairs bar and restaurant. Tennis and Spa available by reservation for a fee.

Not all amenities are available to guests that rent privately or from us or any other rental agency.This would include the Main Swimming pool, beach equipment and fitness center (which require an ID Bracelet from the hotel.
